Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.Â
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lordconrads@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Mainland UK Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Â
For simple flat rate shipping: Right now, we only deliver to mainland UK, we don’t deliver to the Scottish Highlands or Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man, Channel Islands, bases belonging to the armed forces, and Post office boxes.Â
Shipping takes place Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and national holidays.Â

Shipping to P.O. Boxes?Â
Our couriers do not deliver to P O Boxes.
Local Delivery
FREE local delivery is available for orders over ÂŁ13 within 6miles of the brewery, with a small charge for upto 15miles.Â
Deliveries are made from 9am - 9pm on Monday - Saturday. Â We will contact you via email or text message with the email or phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. If you are unable to take the delivery we will leave a calling card. Or alternatively you can leave instructions at the checkout.
All local deliveries will still require the recipient or receiver to be 18 years of age and comply with our age verification policy.Â
Age VerificationÂ
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcoholic beverages and agree to provide Lord Conrad’s with truthful and accurate information and act in accordance with them and legal obligations including the Licensing Act of 2003.It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
When ordering and making a payment you are deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions and to have confirmed that you are aged 18 or over.
If your order is a gift and contains alcohol, the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older.
Pursuant to the Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor, or for any person over the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18, subject to a maximum fine on conviction of ÂŁ1,000.
Lord Conrad’s Brewery is committed to upholding both their legal and social obligations as a retailer of intoxicating liquor and other Restricted Items. In order to achieve this, Lord Conrad’s Brewery has introduced a number of control checks throughout the purchase and physical distribution process (e.g. confirming your date of birth and requesting formal identification of anyone who they consider to be younger than the relevant age (i.e. 25 years old pursuant to our Challenge 25 Policy) who is a buyer or recipient of the delivery.
In accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree to provide Lord Conrad’s with truthful and accurate information and act in accordance with them and legal obligations including the Licensing Act of 2003. For the purposes of the Licensing Act 2003, any alcohol included in your order will be appropriated by you to the contract at the same central, licensed premises at which your payment is taken and where the contract for sale is made. This simply means that the sale of any alcohol included in your order will take place at such premises. This has no practical effect on you other than to improve our fulfilment of your orders that contain alcohol, nor does it impact on our policies aimed at preventing deliveries of alcohol to minors.Â

In-Store PickupÂ
You can skip the shipping fees with FREE local pickup from Lord Conrad’s Brewery location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.Â
Our in-store pickup hours are not always very convenient. So we will normally request a collection time that suits both parties. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We don’t offer international shipping on alcohol, but in some cases will arrange for merchandise and snacks to be shipped. Please get in touch to organise a bespoke international shipping package.Â
Proof of DeliveryÂ
Effective delivery of the Consignment (including the quantity of such Consignments) can be evidenced by:
A photograph or Scan Record of the Consignment at a delivery location.
Or A signature confirming delivery from the Consignee or a person authorised on the Consignee's behalf, or a resident at the Delivery Address, or a Neighbour.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.Â
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lordconrads@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
You can check the status of your order using our automated chat bot at anytime. If your order is due to be delivered by a courier, the tracking link will also be available to see.Â
